Hello. This is very rare I actually post a real blog lol but I highly suggest you glance at this post. I am going to explain why some of you who download images off Apple's servers is not currently working at the moment.
Well little did I know that this site would be getting 60 thousand hits a month. I was so impressed I opened up a chatbox so people could start their own requests. Here we are today.
Up until this point, I have been extracting images from mzstatic.com. If you do not know what this website is, it's Apple's CDN (if i'm not mistaken). A CDN provides images, videos, etc to a website so when a website gets DDoS (attacked) then it wont shut down easily since they do not host the content. Anyways, this website is how I have been getting my covers for everyone. For example:

You find this link off Google, right? Well now if you see that album cover, you can right click on it (depending on your browser) and copy that image's URL. We get this:
Most up-to-date websites will parse their images by their resolution. As you can see the resolution is "170x170". If we change this to "600x600", it will render this image as 600 pixels; a perfect image for a cover and what iTunes uses for their M4A files.
Unfortunately, recently Apple's CDN decided to finally make errors if you accessed the above image. This makes it REALLY hard for me because Google searching and finding the original piece makes it much harder rather then rendering it as a higher image and saving it.
